I am Joe Ann Smith, I manage a small freight forwarding company in Houston, Texas that specializes to Venezuela.  I have worked for this same company since 1980.  We have seen a lot of good times and a lot of bad times.  Here lately, with the political issues in Venezuela it has been more bad than good.
